Does Gratis.com offer all these things themselves?

No, we only gather the links to third-party websites that offer free products, services, sweapstakes or cheap products.

Is Gratis.com a Dutch company?

Yes, Gratis.com is a company founded in the Netherlands. Your payings for buying products from our webshop will be deposited on a  bankaccount in the Netherlands.

Is it really free or am I committed to take more (payed) sendings?

Sometimes offers are not as free as the seem to be. This could be because a supplier has detrimental terms and conditions. Gratis.com will always try to find out if their are terms and conditions you might not like, but we cannot assure you that. In case we find out inconvient terms, we make a note of this in the description of the offer.

Can I exchange my credits for cash money?

No, you can only use our credits for purchasings products in lifestyle shop.

What happens to my credits if I end my membership?

Because your credits are not changeable for cash your credits will be deleted at the moment of ending your membership.

Can I buy products in the shop with just credits?

No, this is not possible right now. There is a combination of credits and an amount to pay.

Are the products delivered at home for free?

There will be charged a minimal amount for sending and administration.

Can I order now and pay later?

No, all products need to be payed before we send them. We will send it to you as soon as we receive the payment. Of course you will receive a confirmation.

Is there a guarentee on the products?

Yes, but just in case the supplier gives a manufacturers warrenty. We make note of this. You can send the product back (at own cost) if there are any flaws. The date of the account is the start date for the guarentee term.
